ABOUT THE PLACE

Jaisalmer – This city of Rajasthan is known to be a sheer delight for geology enthusiasts, for it hides layers of geological tragedies. But there’s more to it –for instances, the Jaisalmer fort, also known as ‘Sonar Qila’. This fort is home to multiple generations today; a sight for shops, hotels and havelis.

Constructed by Rawal Jaisal back in 1156, merely as a Mud Fort, Jaisalmer has grown into a bustling ‘Golden City’ – one that you must check off your travel list.

BRIEF ITINERARY

Day:0

Depart from Gurgaon around 7 PM

Experience a warm welcome by our team at the site of departure and prepare to leave at 7 pm;
Stop over on the way and grab a quick bite for dinner before continuing the journey;

(Be sure to reach in time, for when it comes to travel and life, every second counts!)

Day:1

Reach Jaisalmer – Local sightseeing

Reach Jaisalmer, check in to Hotel.
After some leisure time, we will take you to the local city tour : Jaisalmer Fort (Golden Fort),Maharaja’s Palace, Nathmal ji ki Haweli, Vyas chhatri and Gadisar Lake etc.
The city sight seen will be finished.
Overnight stay with dinner at Hotel.

Day:2

Checkout - Sam sand dunes

In the morning have breakfast and check out from hotel then visit Heritage Haveli like Patwon ki Haveli and Moti Mahal.
We will then move to Desert Camp (Sam).
You will enjoy camel desert safari, evening programs like Rajasthani folk dance, bonfire, folk activities etc.
Overnightstay with Rajasthani dinner at Desert camp.

Day:3

Checkout – Longewala - Departure

A nice breakfast will be served in morning at the desert camp and then after check out, visit Tanot mata mandir.
Longewala Battlefield, war memorial, war bunkers. It is a war memorial built at the place where actual war was fought between India and Pakistan in 1971 known as battlefield of Longewala.
Later come back to Jaisalmer city, complete your shopping.
It’s a wrap here and we will depart for Delhi and reach by next morning with amazing memories.

End the trip on a high and head back home with a heart full of joy and a mind at peace, fully refreshed to get back to life as usual.

Day:4

Reach Delhi

Befikre Hikers and its team prohibits the consumptionof Narcotics and banned Substances while on tours and will not bear any responsibility for adversities arising due to the same;
Rightsare reserved by the organisers to evict traveller(s), anytime, without a refund, if they engage in activities that violate the rules of the trip, or misbehave with fellow travellers;
Befikre Hikers will not be responsible for the safety ofthe customers if they’re outside the camp premises, kindly be mindful of the same;
Lossof camping equipment such as tents, pillows, mattresses, and any item belonging to the campsite will be subject to payment as per the product’s MRP;
Befikre Hikers won’t be responsible for the loss of anddamage caused to personal belongings of the travellers;
The use of Weapons, Fireworks and Toxic Substancesis not allowed by the team and the Company won’t be responsible for anyone found guilty of having done the same under the Indian law;
All guests are to carry a valid ID card, issued by theGovernment;
Only those staying with Befikre Hikers will be allowedto the camp site and if any of our customers wish to bring guests on the trip, they are to notify us of the same in advance;
Availabilityof hot water isn’t guaranteed;
Bookingsonce made cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged;
Trip organisers and coordinators have the right tochange the itinerary on the spot, if the situation demands so;
BefikreHikers will not be held accountable for delays caused by traffic, sightseeing and/or activities may get cancelled if we’re unable to reach the destination on time;
Booking slots will be confirmed only once the fullpayment has been received;
In the event of any delay caused by the breakdownof transport enroute, the passengers will have to wait until its repair; there will be no provision of a back – up for the same;
Befikre Hikers will not be responsible for delays andalterations in the schedule, or for indirectly incurred expenses resulting from natural hazards, accidents, weather conditions, political closures or any untoward incident;
Alltravellers are requested to help us keep the environment clean, green and safe;
Ourteam hopes that you enjoy the trip, be respectful towards each other and let everyone have a memorable .

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation within 10 days will attract 50% of the applied rate as retention.
Cancellationwithin 7 days will attract 80% of the applied rate as retention.
Cancellation within 5 days will not be refundable and full 100% shall be applied as retention.
Bookings for blackout dates (Diwali,Christmas, New year…etc) will bear no refund once
If the journey is cancelled due guidelines by the Govt. during the COVID-19 Period, a credit note will be provided for the complete amount, and they can choose any preferable date within 120 days.
