ABOUT THE PLACE

2 Nights/ 3 Days

Bir is a small, cozy village tucked away in the valleys of Himachal Pradesh. It lies in the Kangra District of the state and is known to house the Bir Tibetan Colony, founded in the 1960s. The place has, since the Tibetan uprising, been home to a large number of Tibetan refugees, thereby having a distinct cultural and political significance.

Furthermore, its pleasant weather and suitability for several adventure activities make it a popular tourist destination, teeming with excited, thrill – seeking travellers from all over the country and even the world.

BRIEF ITINERARY

Day:0

Depart from Delhi by 8 PM

Departure from DELHI in an A/C Overnight Journey

Witness the low – lying hills give way to the rising mountains. Experience their soothing charm, a relief from the rather dull, stressful city life.

Day:1

Reach Chopta. Rest and self explore

We’ll arrive at Bir in the morning.
Check– into the hotel and settle down; freshen up and have some leisure time.
In the evening we will go for a small hike to the Bangoru waterfall.
After spending sometime there, head back to the hotel.
Dance and play Games.
Treat yourselves to a hearty meal and snuggle up to get a good night’s sleep.

Day:2

Trek to Tungnath and Chandrashila

Wakeup early in morning have a sumptuous breakfast at the campsite/hotel and get ready to start the trek to Chandrashila;
Enroute, we’ll stop by at the Tungnath temple – immerse yourself in devotion and bow before the mighty Lord Shiva;
Afters calling the peak of the Chandrashila mountain and spending a few unforgettable moments trek down from Chandrashila and arrive at the campsite/hotel by evening.
Eat well, for you’ll be tired and drained out and hit the bed for a cosy sleep – in.

Day:3

Deoria Tal trek. Depart for Delhi around 5 PM

Wakeup to the bright mountain sun and enjoy a piping hot breakfast around 9 Am and checkout.
We will then proceed towards Mcleodgunj sightseeing, Bhagsunag temple, local market, Dalai Lama Temple.
After lunch, we will go to John church and finish the sightseeing at HPCA stadium.
Later in the evening, we will depart for Delhi and reach next morning.

Day:4

Reach Delhi

Befikre Hikers and its team prohibits the consumptionof Narcotics and banned Substances while on tours and will not bear any responsibility for adversities arising due to the same;
Rightsare reserved by the organisers to evict traveller(s), anytime, without a refund, if they engage in activities that violate the rules of the trip, or misbehave with fellow travellers;
Befikre Hikers will not be responsible for the safety ofthe customers if they’re outside the camp premises, kindly be mindful of the same;
Lossof camping equipment such as tents, pillows, mattresses, and any item belonging to the campsite will be subject to payment as per the product’s MRP;
Befikre Hikers won’t be responsible for the loss of anddamage caused to personal belongings of the travellers;
The use of Weapons, Fireworks and Toxic Substancesis not allowed by the team and the Company won’t be responsible for anyone found guilty of having done the same under the Indian law;
All guests are to carry a valid ID card, issued by theGovernment;
Only those staying with Befikre Hikers will be allowedto the camp site and if any of our customers wish to bring guests on the trip, they are to notify us of the same in advance;
Availabilityof hot water isn’t guaranteed;
Bookingsonce made cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged;
Trip organisers and coordinators have the right tochange the itinerary on the spot, if the situation demands so;
BefikreHikers will not be held accountable for delays caused by traffic, sightseeing and/or activities may get cancelled if we’re unable to reach the destination on time;
Booking slots will be confirmed only once the fullpayment has been received;
In the event of any delay caused by the breakdownof transport enroute, the passengers will have to wait until its repair; there will be no provision of a back – up for the same;
Befikre Hikers will not be responsible for delays andalterations in the schedule, or for indirectly incurred expenses resulting from natural hazards, accidents, weather conditions, political closures or any untoward incident;
Alltravellers are requested to help us keep the environment clean, green and safe;
Ourteam hopes that you enjoy the trip, be respectful towards each other and let everyone have a memorable .

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation within 10 days will attract 50% of the applied rate as retention.
Cancellationwithin 7 days will attract 80% of the applied rate as retention.
Cancellation within 5 days will not be refundable and full 100% shall be applied as retention.
Bookings for blackout dates (Diwali,Christmas, New year…etc) will bear no refund once
If the journey is cancelled due guidelines by the Govt. during the COVID-19 Period, a credit note will be provided for the complete amount, and they can choose any preferable date within 120 days.

COSTING

Per Head on Triple sharing	7,500/- INR
Per Head on Double Sharing	7,500/- INR
Per Head for dormitory	6,800/- INR

**homestay, due to lesser availability of stays at there. Quad/Penta share will be provided**

Book your seats by depositing an advance of 50% of the amount per head and rest has to be paid 2 days prior the time of departure.
